Guidelines for submitting an oral or poster abstract for LSC2024
Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting an abstract:
- Abstracts should be in portrait layout and Arial type, font size 12.
- The title of the abstract should be printed in bold type, lower case and centred.
- Co-Authors and affiliations are to be presented below the title in italics where the main author(s) name(s) should be underlined and the name of the presenting author should be marked with an asterisk (e.g., Jones*).
- Main body of text should not exceed 300 words, to be left aligned, single spacing throughout.
- References, if required, should be denoted by superscript numbers in the text and listed at the end of the text stating the first author, year and article DOI number/link.
- The use of a single figure, graph, picture or schematic is recommended where this aids the understanding of the text.
Please include the full name and address and contact details of the main author and the presenting author in the email and clearly indicate whether you are submitting an oral or a poster presentation.
All abstracts should be submitted by email to contact@lsc2024.co.uk. Please note that file sizes should not exceed 5mb for emailing.
